Here are some ideas you might like to try if you are being bullied:
Tell someone that you trust and can support you, such as a parent or carer, another member of your family, a friend, a youth worker, or a teacher
Tell a friend who can help you tell an adult
Keep a record of what has happened
- note down dates, times and places
- describe exactly what happened
- write down who was involved
- if there is any evidence, such as text messages or emails, keep these too
It’s a really good idea if you feel you can tell someone at school
- tell your class teacher
- or if there is a special teacher who deals with bullying ask to speak to them
Tell your school again every time the bullying happens, and show them the record you have been keeping
Try to get away from the situation and find someone who can help
